When a high ranking civil servant disappears in a London tube station, Scotland Yard takes it seriously and assigns Inspector Calhoun to the case. His only lead is a young couple who saw the man just before he mysteriously vanished. Initially considered both suspects and unreliable witnesses, Alex and Patricia eventually return to the scene of the crime. Before long, all three characters are entrenched in a much stranger mystery.
Blue Underground delivers a flawless transfer (from the original camera negative, no less!) of this 70s cult classic from Gary Sherman. You will never get a chance to see this film come so close to Sherman’s original vision. Come discover (or re-discover) it on big screen!

Andy, an American soldier, is killed in action by a sniper during the Vietnam War. While Andy’s parents grieve their son’s death, he appears at their front door in full uniform as if nothing has happened. His parents decide to ignore the notice of their son’s death and simply continue living as if everything is normal. Soon some rather mysterious deaths begin to crop up in Andy’s town.
The world premiere of the 4K restoration of Blob Clark’s take on the Vietnam War, Deathdream is a true cult classic that we never tire of watching. And the masterful restoration from Blue Underground will absolutely blow your mind!
